It appearing by Affidavit of Out-of State and Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, LUIS A NOLASCO, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, LUIS A NOLASCO, serve upon IDA M BREEDEN, whose address is PO BOX 1123, PRINCETON, WV 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 22, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
