The Fayetteville, WV Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a hearing on the 3rd day of September, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., in the conference room of the Fayetteville Fire Department, located at 150 Lively St., Fayetteville, WV, on the applications for 230 King Ave., 124 Fayette Ave. and 312 Fayette Ave. for a Conditional Use Permit to have a Solar Energy System, Small on their properties which are zoned Single-Family Residential (R-1) within, Fayetteville, WV, at which hearing you may appear to give testimony regarding that application. Copies of the applications are available at Fayetteville Town Hall, located at 125 N. Court St.
