The object of the above-styled lawsuit is for the Plaintiff to recover for his personal injuries and damages resulting from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on May 6, 2023, on Ritter Drive in Raleigh County, West Virginia. As it appears by Affidavit the Defendant Michael Chandler is a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that Michael Chandler respond to the Complaint and serve upon Plaintiffs attorney, Ashley J. Tucker and Farmer, Cline & Campbell, PLLC, whose address is 101 N. Kanawha Street, Suite 10I, P.O. Box 5559, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an Answer or other responsive pleading, including any related counterclaim or defense Michael Chandler may have to the Complaint filed against him in this action, on or before October 15, 2025. If such Answer or responsive pleading is not filed on or before October 15, 2025, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may thereafter be taken against Michael Chandler for the relief demanded in the Complaint. A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned
