NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 9th day of September, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Woodlands Amenities, LLC for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Log Sorting/Laydown Yard on property located at 861 Orchard Hill Road, Beaver, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 8, Part of Parcel 25.8, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by September 8th, 2025, will be considered.
