The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation, 601 57th St., Charleston, WV 25304, will hold a Show Cause Hearing starting at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 on the 3rd Floor in the West Virginia Conference Room No. 3001.
The purpose of this hearing is to show cause why Permit Number S301711 located near Nallen in the District of New Haven in Fayette County issued to Norman Holdings, LLC of West Virginia should not be suspended or revoked and associated securities forfeited by
Harold Ward, Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection. This hearing was requested by Norman Holdings, LLC in response to Show Cause Order No. 2373 and 2399.
