The object of the above entitled action is a Petition for Partition of Real Estate by Sale of the real estate owned by Mathaniel Shrewsburry, Dennis Conley Shrewsburry, Manley Jack Shrewsburry, Donna Shrewsburry, Herman R. Shrewsburry Jr., Regina Renee Sizemore, Eric Isiah Baker, Christy Grimmett, James Paul Shrewsburry, William D. Shrewsburry Jr., Crystal Earle, Nancy Sizemore, Alvis Ray Shrewsburry, Bonnie Renee Sizemore, Jeremy Ward Shrewsburry, Miranda Smith, Amon Shrewsburry, Justin Shrewsburry, and all other known and unknown heirs of Surbert Ray Shrewsburry. Plaintiffs, by verified Petition, state that they do not know whereabouts of the Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Gavin G. Ward, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 228 N. Fayette Street, P.O. Box 5086, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before October 1, 2025; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them.
It is hereby notified that on the 22nd day of October, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, the Plaintiff, will appear before the Circuit Court of Wyoming County, West Virginia, before Judge Joshua J. Miller, in the Wyoming County Courthouse, 24 Main Avenue, Pineville, West Virginia, for the further proceeding with respect to Plaintiff’s abovementioned Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in Pineville, Wyoming County, West Virginia.
