The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 20th day of May, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., will conduct a public hearing, by teleconference, on the application of Timothy Waser, 114 Bella Drive, Princeton, WV, 24739, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to operate a church (Cornerstone Apostolic Church) at 809 Mercer Street, Princeton, WV, in the Commercial (C-1) Zone. The Zoning Code for the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals to operate a church in the Commercial (C-1) Zone.
At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
