REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Wyoming County Commission will be accepting sealed bids for the replacement of the telephone system at the Wyoming County Courthouse with the following bid specs:
System Configured for 98 Digital Display Telephones with a minimum of 12 Fully programmable buttons.

System will have 1- Console for the Extension Appearance at the Operator location.

Each user to have the capability of voicemail with email feature as an option.

System will be configured for up to 24 POTS Lines.

Call Accounting for review of Incoming and Outgoing Calls.

Pull new 25 pair Outdoor Cabling for Telephones between Commission building and Main Courthouse. Including Terminating and Testing. Approximately 600 feet

Pull new 6 Fiber MultiMode Outdoor Fiber Cable OM3, 50um, Between Commission building and Main Courthouse. Including Terminating to patch panel, Testing and Installing 2- 1 Gigabit Ethernet Media Converters. Approximately 600 feet

System must have Remote Access Capability for off-site Maintenance and programming.

Battery Backup in event of power failure for a minimum of 15 minutes.

24 Hour Emergency response time.

30 day start time after Bid is awarded.

Offer service agreement after initial 5 warranty expires.

Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm on June 1, 2021 and will be opened June 2, 2021 at 10:00 am in the meeting chambers of the Wyoming County Commission in Pineville, WV.
