THE OBJECT OF THIS PETITION IS TO appoint a guardian for a minor.
To: Nollie Hatfield, Guardian
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Nollie Hatfield, Guardian is a non resident of the State of West Virginia. It is hereby ordered that Nollie Hatfield serve upon Clayton Brown Petitioner/s whose address is 140 Cutoff Rd Bluefield, WV 24701, an Answer, including any related counterclaim of defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of a Guardian for the above named minor child filed in this action before June 23, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. If you fail to do so thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing may be made for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
