PARTIES UNKNOWN, who are believed to own an undivided interest in the real estate owned by Henry Wright at the time of his death.
The object of this suit is the partition of certain real estate located on Stony Ridge, Tazewell County, Virginia containing approximately 27 acres currently identified as Tax Map No. 055 A 0022, being the property acquired by Henry A. Wright by deed dated October 30, 1947, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Tazewell County in Deed Book 179, page 173.
Affidavits having been signed that the above-named Defendants are non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or that their addresses are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that each of said parties appear on or before the 20th day of July 2021 to protect their interest in said real estate. Appearance shall be by filing with the Clerk of this Court a responsive pleading with a copy to be mailed to counsel for the Plaintiff identified below.
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Bluefield Daily Telegrdaph, a newspaper of general circulation in Tazewell County, Virginia.
It is further ORDERED pursuant to Code of Virginia ยง8.01-83.2 that the Plaintiffs, no later than the tenth day after the entry of this Order, shall post and maintain while this matter is pending a conspicuous sign on the subject real estate. The sign shall state that the action has commenced and shall identify the name and address of the Court and the common designation by which the property is known. The sign shall further state the names of the Plaintiffs and all known Defendants. Counsel for the Plaintiffs shall report to the Court compliance with this Order regarding the posting of such sign.
