Request for Proposal
The Wyoming County Board of Education is inviting qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for providing Architectural/Engineering design services for HVAC improvements and a new roof at Westside High School.
Qualified architectural design firms may submit a statement of qualifications to provide architectural/engineering design services for the above referenced project. These services will include design and construction administration and the county board of education will be using the process as required in West Virginia Code 5G-1-3. All firms submitting proposals will be considered and those firms considered most qualified will be short-listed and will be interviewed by the selection committee for further qualifications.
A pre-proposal conference will be held at Westside High School on June 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is mandatory for any firm desiring to submit a statement of qualifications. Interested architectural/engineering design services submit a written proposal to Superintendent Deirdre Cline, Wyoming County Schools, 155 Park Street, P.O. Box 69, Pineville, WV 24874-0069 before 2:00 p.m. (EST) on June 16, 2021. Submittals received after 2:00 p.m. (EST) June 16, 2021 will receive no consideration. Fax and email proposals will not be accepted.
Upon review of bidder qualifications, experience, technical approach, design concept, and financial terms, Wyoming County Schools will select a single architectural/engineering design service to design HVAC improvements at Westside High School. Wyoming County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
