NOTICE OF FORMAL
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Division of Mined Land Reclamation will hold a formal public hearing pursuant to §§45.1-249, 45.1-250(B), and 2.2-4020 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, and §4VAC25-130-843.16 of the Virginia Coal surface Mining Reclamation Regulations to review the issuance of Bond Forfeiture Order to Black River Coal, LLC Permit No. 1402094 in Tazewell County, Virginia.
The formal hearing shall be conducted on July 28, 2021 at 08:00 a.m. at the Department’s Big Stone Gap office, Conference room 219, 3405 Mountain Empire Rd, Big Stone Gap VA 24219
