It appearing by Affidavit of Out-of State and Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, UNKNOWN AND UNNAMED FATHER(S) OF MINORS BORN TO SANTAYA MORGAN ON 03/03/08 AND 09/11/18, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, UNKNOWN AND UNNAMED FATHER(S) OF MINORS, serve upon MARY MORGAN, whose address is 359 COVE STREET, PRINCETON, WV 24740, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before JULY 13, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
