ATTENTION PRINCETON
RESIDENTS
The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV, on Thursday, the 15th day of July, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., will conduct a public hearing on the application of Dr. Jerry D. Gibson of 359 Horseshoe Farm Road, Pembroke, VA, for a VARIANCE to operate the Gibson Counseling Center at 912 Highland Avenue, Princeton, WV, in the Residential (R-1) Zone. (City Tax Map 10, Parcel 136).
The Zoning Code for the City of Princeton requires a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals to operate a counseling center in the Residential (R-1) Zone.
At said hearing any interested citizens may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
