LERONE LYNN, THE FATHER OF A MALE CHILD BORN UNTO DAYQUIA ALLEN ON FEBRUARY 10, 2012, (21-JAT-420-MW) AND A FEMALE CHILD BORN UNTO DAYQUIA ALLEN ON MAY 15, 2013, (21-JAT-419-MW).
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 16th day of July, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., before the Honorable Mark E. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse Annex, Princeton, West Virginia.
