INVITATION TO BID
The City of Princeton Public Works Department is seeking sealed bids for the 2021 Street Paving Project. The project is estimated to require approximately 409 tons of asphalt for seven various street locations throughout the City. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2021 STREET PAVING PROJECT BID” on the outside. Bids will be accepted from July 16, 2021 through July 30, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Princeton Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV 24740 and opened at 10:01 a.m.
Detailed specifications will be available at Princeton City Hall, 800 Bee Street, from July 13th until the day of the bid opening. The bid packages will include the specifications, area and work descriptions, and the bid form to be utilized by the bidding contractors. The Princeton City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any informality in the bidding process and accept the bid that is in the best interests of the City of Princeton.
