STATEMENT OF
QUALIFICATIONS
The Town of Tazewell is accepting Statement of Qualifications from legal firms to provide Bond Counsel services for water line replacement projects. Selection will be made on the following criteria:
1.) Qualifications of the firm and bond counsel representative;
2.) Experience in preparing bond documents for loan closings for the Virginia Department of Health (VWSRF) and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (RLF) through the Virginia Resources Authority; and
3.) Typical time frame for completion.
Statements of Qualifications will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Friday, July 30, 2021, marked on outside of submittal “Bond Counsel Services.” Submittal should be sent to the attention of Mr. Todd Day, Town Manager, Town of Tazewell, P. O. Box 608, Tazewell, Virginia 24651, or Overnight/Express to 211 Central Avenue, Tazewell, Virginia 24651.
