ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this action is to obtain a declaration of rights and legal relations with respect to the trust under the will of Patricia P. Sult, deceased, as a result of the death of Hretchenuk Oksana Dmytrivna, also known as Oksana Hretchenuk, and for direction as to how the trust assets should be administered.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the defendant Olexandria Varchow is a nonresident of the State of West Virginia for whom no agent, or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon which service may be had.
It is hereby ORDERED that Olexandria Varchow appear and serve upon J. Peter Richardson, the plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Richardson & Davis, PLLC, Post Office Box 1778, Bluefield, West Virginia 24701, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 15, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against her at any time thereafter.
