Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 5G of the West Virginia Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Davis Medical Center, a non-profit corporation, will hold its regular meeting on Friday, May 13, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the conference center at Canaan Valley Resort, in Davis, West Virginia. Pursuant to the said statute, such a meeting is open to the public.
