To whom it may concern,
The City of Oak Hill by order of the Council requires you to demolish the residential structure located at 1016 Summerlee Ave., described as Lot 10 Lilly Ct., District 9, Map 16, Parcel 50, Parid 09 16050000000000.
The Oak Hill City Council requires performance to begin within 20 days following service of this order. Council will consider a resolution authorizing the City to perform, or caused to be performed, the demolition in question upon the failure of you to do so. This resolution will be considered during the next regular Council meeting following the expiration of the period of time given to you for the demolition of the structure. City Council meets the second Monday of each month at approximately 6:30 p.m.
You or other interested persons have the right to appeal at any time after proceedings are initiated, and before the expiration of period of time during which you, pursuant to order must have begun performance of demolition. Appeal is to the Circuit Court of Fayette County fora temporary injunction restraining further proceedings under Municipal Code 11.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Oak Hill pending final disposition of the cause.
