LEGAL NOTICE
The City of White Sulphur Springs will be accepting bids from anyone desiring to operate the park concession stand at White Sulphur Springs Municipal Park.
The highest bid will be accepted with a minimum bid of $1,200.00 per year will be required. This will be for a two (2) year contract. If you do not fulfill your obligations for the two (2) years you will be held responsible for the $1,200.00 per year until your contract is complete.
Bids will be accepted until 4:00 PM on March 9, 2015. Bids will be opened at 4:30 PM in council chambers. All bids are to be turned in at: City Hall, Attn.: Audrey VanBuren, (Parks), Concession Stand Bids, 34 West Main Street, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia 24986.
