NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HOLDERS OF UNREDEEMED PARI-MUTUEL TICKETS
You and each of you are hereby notified to present to the undersigned at its office, 900 Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 533, Charleston, WV 25302, within ninety (90) days from the date of this notice, any unredeemed pari-mutuel tickets purchased during the meet ending March 31, 2016 at the Hollywood Casino and Racetrack, Charles Town, WV.
You are hereby further notified that any such ticket that shall be presented for payment ninety (90) days from the date of this notice, dated this 5th day of July, 2016, shall become the property of the State of West Virginia.
