The object of the entitled action is for a determination of certain property rights of the parties and/or judgment therefor, as outlined with in the Complaint filed herein, and for such relief as the Court Finds appropriate.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the Defendants, Christina Southern and David Southern, are out-of-state and the Defendant, Christina Southern’s whereabouts is unknown.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that the said Defendants appear and serve upon William S. Winfrey, II, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 1608 West Main Street, P. O. Box 1159, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, telephone: (304)487-1887, and whose email address is [email protected], an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before October 29, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against your at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office in the City of Princeton in said County and State.
