SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL
MEETING
On Friday, the 1st day of October, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., the Common Council for the City of Princeton, WV, will meet in Special Session in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV, to address the following items:
(1) Resolutions of the Council of the City of Princeton, West Virginia Approving the Letter of Intent for Princeton Community Hospital Association, Inc. Transaction with West Virginia United Health System d/b/a West Virginia University Health System; and
(2) Executive Session for Legal Consultation Regarding Resolutions of the Council of the City of Princeton, West Virginia Approving the Letter of Intent for Princeton Community Hospital Association, Inc. Transaction with West Virginia United Health System d/b/a West Virginia University Health System, pursuant to WV Code ยง
6-9A-4(b)(9).
