Notice is hereby given that Cornerstone Processing, LLC 150 Courthouse Rd, Princeton, WV 24740 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for a Phase I, II, and III release on Permit Number ) O-0136-83, Increment Numbers 5, 6 & 7 issued for 51.25 acres. The permit is located in Rock District of Mercer County and is located 0.8 miles, West of McComas, WV on Tolliver Branch of Un-Named Tributaries of Crance Creek, of Bluestone River of New River of Upper New River.
Cornerstone Processing, LLC has completely overbonded these increment as of January 18, 2022 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond in the amount $166,400.00.
Increment 5 – 24.51 ac – $73,000.00; Increment No. 6 – 5.08ac – $17,520.0; Increment No. 7 – 21.66ac – $84,480.00
