LEGAL NOTICE
TO: JAMIE L. LEWIS
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to the provisions of W. Va. Code Œ48-22-206 et seq., that a petition for adoption of your child, J.K.W., born 05/21/2001, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Doddridge County, West Virginia. The petition alleges that you are the childás birth mother, and that you have abandoned her.
NOTICE: You are hereby notified that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding and that you may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service. If you hereby properly served and fail to respond within the required time after its service, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Mother from the undersigned clerk at the office, located at Doddridge County Courthouse, West Union, West Virginia. Notice and a copy of the Petitioner shall also be served accordingly under W.V. Code 48-22-206.
You are further notified that a final adoption hearing will be held on 18th day of April, 2017 at 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Timothy Sweeney, Circuit Judge, at the Doddridge County Courthouse, West Union, West Virginia.
