Notice of Request for Bids

The Wyoming County Board of Education is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the following commercial cooking equipment:

Herndon Consolidated Elementary and Middle School:

Legacy® HL300 – 30-Quart Mixer

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Superintendent of Schools until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, April 29, 2022 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

Bid award will be based on the lowest bid meeting the equipment specifications. Vendor shall include all costs including delivery to the Board’s Central warehouse in Pineville, WV. A contract will be awarded immediately upon approval by the Board.

Bid shall be submitted on an appropriate bid form and should include all costs to provide the equipment as specified.
