ATTENTION PRINCETON
RESIDENTS
The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV, on Thursday, the 21st day of April, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., will conduct a public hearing on the application of Earnest R. White of 118 Elm Street, Princeton, WV, for a Variance to erect and operate a digital sign at 801 Rogers Street (Old Skeens Store), Princeton, WV, in the Commercial Zone. (City Tax Map 17, Parcel 41).
The Zoning Code for the City of Princeton requires a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals to operate a digital sign in the Commercial (C-1) Zone.
At said hearing any interested citizens may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
