NOTICE
The object of the above entitled action is: Adoptions.
TO: Anyone claiming parental rights to Harper Grace Alonso and Carson Alexander Alonso.
You are hereby notified that a Petition seeking the adoption of Harper Grace Alonso, born August 22, 2017, and Carson Alexander Alonso, born October 27, 2018, has been filed in the Mercer County Circuit Court. The Petition seeks a transfer of parental rights from the natural father, Adrian Alexander Alonso, to the adoptive parents Shawn Austin Sprinkles and Brianna Mae Sprinkles, and such other relief as the Court may deep appropiate. A hearing on this matter is scheduled in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, in the chambers of The Honorable Derek C. Swope, on the 3rd day of June, 2022, at 1:15 p.m. If you have any interest in opposing this Petition or expressing your opinions with respect thereto, or if you claim any parental rights with respect to the infants, Harper Grace Alonso and Carson Alexander Alonso, you should appear at the designated time and place, either personally or through counsel, to make your views known to the Court. Otherwise, the Court will be empowered to take whatever steps necessary to grant the relief sought by the petitioners and extinguish your parental rights.
