The title owner and any lienholders have a right to reclaim the trailer within 10 days after the posted date of this notice, upon payment of all towing, preservation and storage charges resulting from taking and placing the trailer into custody and possession.
Failure of owner or lienholders of record to exercise their rights to reclaim the trailer within the 10 day period shall be deemed a waiver by the owner and all interest in the trailer and of their consent to the sale or disposal of the junked or abandoned trailer via public or private sale, salvage or demolition.
