Request for quotations
The City of Hinton is in the process of obtaining quotes from firms interested in providing property and liability insurance services for all City and Sanitary Board services.
Insurance services will cover all City of Hinton and Hinton Sanitary Board owned facilities and vehicles and equipment with property and liability insurance.
Information on the items to be covered can be obtained by contacting City Manager Cris Meadows at 304-466-3255
Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with 24 CFR Part 85 and West Virginia Code Chapter 5G.

Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. May 23, 2022.
The City of Hinton and Hinton Sanitary Board will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award.
