ATTENTION PRINCETON
RESIDENTS

The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV, on Thursday, the 16th day of June, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., will conduct a public hearing on the application of Bryan Asbury, 201 Thornton Avenue, Princeton, WV, for a Variance to install a mobile home on property at 208 Thornton Avenue, Princeton, WV, that exceeds the ten-year age limit for the placement of mobile homes in the City of Princeton, WV, in the Residential, R-3 Zone. (City Tax Map 5, Parcel 143).
The Zoning Code for the City of Princeton requires a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals to install a mobile home exceeding ten years old in the Residential (R-3) Zone.
At said hearing any interested citizens may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
