The purpose of this legal notice s to inform any and all persons, including past guests or invitees, that the below described property recently changed ownership. Therefore any past permission to use, hunt, or otherwise enjoy said property is revoked and new permission must be obtained from the current owner in writing. The property subject to this notice Is as follows;
Beginning at the S.E. corner of the James D. Ankrom tract, thence S. 13á W. 1,650 feet to a point; thence N. 82õ W. 891 feet to a point; thence N. 6õ 30á W. 346.5 fee to a point; thence N. 13õ E. 138 feet to a point; thence N. 73õ E 180 feet to a point; thence N. 48õ E 1,460 feet to the place of beginning, containing 26.45 acres, more or less.
Being the same real estate that was conveyed unto Vernon Cochran and Fern Cochran, husband and wife, by Deed from Travis OáNeal and Leann OáNeal, husband and wife, dated the 29th day of September, 2016, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of he County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1253, at page 428.
