An Affidavit having been filed that the whereabouts and residence of the above-named individual is unknown to the Petitioners, Notice is hereby given to EMMA KATE KEITH that a hearing will be held before The Honorable Timothy Sweney, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at his chambers located at the Ritchie County Courthouse, Harrisville, Ritchie County, West Virginia, on the 3rd day of October 2017 at 9:45 a.m., at such time you may be present and heard if you so desire. If you fail to answer or otherwise appear, judgment by default may be taken against you.
