On September 7, 2017, the Pennsylvania State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers accepted the permanent voluntary surrender of Larry M. Mcdaniel, certificate no.: GA001335R, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, because he was convicted of or pleaded guilty to a crime which is substantially related to the qualifications, functions and duties of a person developing real property appraisals and communicating real property appraisals to others, and has been convicted of a felony.
