THE OBJECT OF THIS PETITION IS TO appoint a guardian for a minor.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Tammy O’Neal, parent/s whose whereabouts are unknown it is hereby ordered that Tammy O’Neal, parent/s serve upon Crystal Hypes Petitioner/s whose address is PO Box 26 Covel, WV 24719, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of a Guardian for the above named minor child filed in this action before August 31, 2022. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing may be made for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
