It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Edward Willis, Grace Willis, and Winnie Willis, addresses unknown, are hereby ordered to serve upon Brenda Wilson and Beverly Ellis, Plaintiffs, c/o Funkhouser and Smith, PLLC 103 Adams Street Suite 200 Fairmont, WV 26554, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the action filed in this case number on or before Monday, August 15, 2022. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the above numbered action.
