The object of the above-entitled action is to terminate the parental rights of Jennifer Lynn Barker to the infant child C.M. and to grant the petition for adoption filed by Flint and Martha Leichliter.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Jennifer Lynn Barker at her last known address, it is ORDERED that Jennifer Lynn Barker, do serve upon Petitioner’s counsel, Holly Turkett, at 421 Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, WV 26554, an Answer, or other defense to the civil case filed herein.
