To: UNKNOWN FATHER OF TREVOR ALEXANDER GUDGINS
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that unknown father of Trevor Alexander Hudgins, parent/s whose whereabouts are unknown it is hereby ordered that unknown father of Trevor Alexander Hudgins, parent/s serve upon Sonna Katherine Clay Petitioner/s whose address is PO Box 26 Brenton, WV 24818, an Answer, including any related counterclaim of defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of a Guardian for the above named minor child filed in this action before October 31st, 2022. If you fail to do so thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing may be made for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
