Notice of Application
for Merger of Banks
Notice is given that MVB Bank, Inc. has filed an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) for consent to merge West Town Bank & Trust, 7820 W 26th Street, North Riverside, Illinois 60546 into MVB Bank, Inc., 301 Virginia Avenue, Fairmont, West Virginia 26554, with MVB Bank, Inc., as the surviving institution.
It is contemplated that all offices of the above named institutions will continue to be operated.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the FDIC at its office located at 10 10th Street NE, Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849 not later than November 11, 2022. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
