DeMoss, Esquire, and came not the Respondent Josh Linn. The Court determined that the Respondent, Josh Linn, could not have been notified of the hearing, and therefore, the matter should be continued so that Respondent Josh Linn could be noticed for the hearing.
Please take notice that the final hearing shall occur on the 28th day of October, 2022, beginning at 10:30 a.m., before The Honorable Susan Riffle, Family Court of Marion County, Marion County Courthouse, Adams Street, Fairmont West Virginia, 26554. You must be present to protect your interests.
The Circuit Clerk shall send certified copies of this Order to the Petitioner, Terri Stansberry, via her counsel, Amy J. Swisher, Esquire, and to the Respondent, Kristina Falkner, via her counsel, David B. DeMoss, Esquire, via the efiling system. The Circuit Clerk shall serve a certified copy of this Order to the Respondent, Josh Linn, via U.S. Mail at 350 Levels Road, Colfax, WV 26554, and to 1409 Morgantown Avenue, Fairmont West Virginia 26554, and via an Order of Publication.
