The City of Parkersburg will receive REQUEST FOR SERVICES FOR A QUALIFIED ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES. Proposals will be received in the office of the Finance Director, First Floor, #1 Government Square, until 10:00 A.M. WEDNESDAY AUGUST 15, 2018 and at that time all proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud.

Vendors shall be registered in the state of West Virginia.
