ORDER TO REPAIR

To whom it may concern,

The City of Oak Hill by order of the Council requires you to repair the residential structure located at 407 Broadway Ave., described as Surf lots 20, 21, and 22, Parid 09 04010500000000.
The Oak Hill City Council requires performance to begin within 20 days following the service of this order. Council will consider a resolution authorizing the City to perform, or cause to be performed, the repair in question upon the failure of you to do so. This resolution will be considered during the next regular Council meeting following the expiration of the period of time given to you for the repair of the structure. City Council meets on the second Monday of each month.
You or other interested persons have the right to appeal at any time after proceedings are initiated, and before the expiration of the period of time during which you, pursuant to the order must have begun the repair. An appeal is to the Circuit Court of Fayette County for a temporary injunction restraining further proceedings under Municipal Code 11.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Oak Hill pending the final disposition of the cause.
