LEGAL NOTICE
The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for #2018-07 CITY PARK POOL CONCRETE DECK, ADA RAMP, STAIRS AND DRAINAGE.
Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, First Floor, #1 Government Square, until 10:05 A.M. WEDNESDAY AUGUST 22, 2018 local time and at that time and place all bids shall be opened and read aloud. Vendors shall be registered in the State of West Virginia.
NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTORáS WV LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION.
Contract documents, including Technical specifications, are on file and may be obtained by interested bidders in the office of the Fiance Director.
THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE FOR THE SPECIFICATIONS.
The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds.
Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent(5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the bid.
Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Section 202 of Executive order No. 11246.
