LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition of structures, removal of any and all household items, debris, and cleanup of property located at 643 Hill Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia and owned by Ms. Dianna Blackwell, Betty Napier and others.
Detailed specifications may be obtained in the Office of the County Administrator, Room 205 of the Wood County Courthouse, Parkersburg, West Virginia, telephone (304) 424-1976. All sealed bids must be received no later than 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2014; with bid opening to be held by the County Commission at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 10, 2014, in Room 203 of the Wood County Courthouse.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
