The Wood County Board of Education will be selling by public auction the real property located at 810 Staunton Ave, Parkersburg, WV 26101, recorded in deed book 766 at page 708, map 84 parcel 73 at the Wood County Courthouse. Terms of the sale are 10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} cash in hand on day of sale with remainder within 30 days upon terms acceptable to the Wood County Board of Education. Minimum bid applies. The property is conveyed in as is condition with no covenants of warranty, subject to unpaid property taxes. Purchaser shall pay all costs of recording the deed as prepared by the Wood County Board of Education. The Wood County Board of Education reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
