The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for AVERY STREET ENHANCEMENT LIGHTING. Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, first floor, #1 Government Square, until 10:00 A.M., FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2019 and at that time all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.
