ORDERED that anyone having any objections to the aforesaid name change do appear and serve upon MADISON Y MYERS petitioner, whose address is P.O. Box 111, JESSE, WV 24849 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before 4-19-23, otherwise the petitioner will be granted the relief prayed for in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this his office in the City of Pineville in said County and State. Hearing may be rescheduled without further notice.
