PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Pocahontas Gas LLC (VMRC #23-0582) is requesting a permit from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to construct seven (7) stream crossings including a single jurisdictional approximately 24-foot submerged crossing identified as crossing 127C through a section of Levisa Fork, countersunk 36-inches below the creek floor, in the vicinity of State Route 618 and the Coal Mountain Mining Company in Buchanan County.
