The Estate of Ileda Ruth Callahan, ak Ileda R. Durham and Jeff Durham, whose last address(es) cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on February 24, 2023, Rocket Mortgage, LLC, filed its Petition for Judicial Declaration as to Title to Real Estate in the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, Case No. CC-10-2023-P-13, the object and demand for relief of which seeks, in part, to obtain a judicial declaration that the Quit-Claim Deed filed for record as Instrument No. 202200008465 of Fayette County Records and/or other equitable relief is enforceable against, in part, the Estate of Ileda Callahan ak Ileda R. Durham and Jeff Durham and real estate commonly known as 402 Main Street, Mount Hope, West Virginia. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Fayette Circuit Clerk, and each named and unknown defendant must appear and defend or otherwise be advised that judgment by default will be rendered against the defendants at any time thereafter.
